Cookie Policy (EU)

This site uses one cookie, to remember the choice you make in the cookie banner, and stores your light/dark mode choice in your browser. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and nothing loaded from other websites.
1. Who is responsible
This website is run by Marko Idžan, Croatia. Contact: marko@idzan.hr.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, are covered by this policy in the same way.
3. Cookies this site uses

All of these are first-party (set by socials.idzan.hr only), are never sent to anyone, and contain no personal data: only the categories you allowed and the date you chose, and the word light or dark. The theme entries are never sent to the server at all.
If you don't press the theme button, nothing is stored for it: the site simply follows your device's light or dark setting.
4. Consent categories
- Functional always active
- Needed for the site to work, such as remembering your cookie choice. These don't require consent.
- Preferences
- Remembers your light/dark mode choice between visits (the
themeentry in local storage). - Statistics
- Would count visits anonymously. Not used at the moment.
- Marketing
- Would show or measure advertising. Not used, and none is planned.
If Statistics or Marketing is ever used, it will be listed in the table above, and it will only start after you allow it.
5. Third parties and external links
No third-party content is embedded on this site: no fonts, videos, maps or social widgets are loaded from other servers. The buttons on the main page are plain links. When you open one, you leave this site, and the website you visit (Facebook, Spotify and so on) applies its own cookie and privacy policies.
6. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your choice at any time with Manage consent at the bottom of every page, or the round cookie button in the bottom-left corner. Turning Preferences off deletes the saved theme. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings; the banner will then ask again on your next visit.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing, by writing to marko@idzan.hr. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr). More in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to this policy
If the cookies on this site change, this policy is updated, the date at the top changes, and you'll be asked for consent again.
